I'm also with CommSec, and got paid early on Monday the 16th into my CDIA account.
That day I also got an email from "MUFG Corporate Markets (AU) Limited" (formerly known as Link), about the breakdown of the dividend and return, as the return came via them.
If you google something like 'mufg haven't received dividend' there's a few steps on what you can do from here, including (apparently) you can check the ASIC MoneySmart Unclaimed money website. Good luck.
I have been around Otto for way too long, and would have signed up to Link for the 2015 capital return. Luckily, as I checked a few of the otto asx announcements and didn't see any steps for investors to get this latest return.
