schmucky as Patrick/Catcha are the ones to get script that means Carsome only needs to pay cash for the approx 70% bal. Hence Carsome most recent raise of US$ 170m or aud $231m is more then enough to pay for 70% of ICQ at 55c !!!!

I don't think ASX holders other then Patrick Grove/Catcha will accept script for the takeover. I know I wouldn't
