I think potentially some would look at script option. It's not so far fetched either, remember this was a option when REA acquired iProperty Group which was another Catcha business. Funds with a mandate to hold private assets could look at it. Motivation would be relisting in US via SPAC in say 12 months time. Catcha have a SPAC already which is yet to invest its capital. Basically business would be compared to Carvana but the Asia equivalent. That multiple is crazy so maybe some could take punt?
