If they get 75% of votes on Monday is this done and dusted ? Is there any other way this can fail ? If they thought they would struggle to get to 75% would they not be ringing around to try to convince holders to vote in favour or at least release another statement encouraging people to vote. I suggest holders hurry up and get their preferences in. It’s really strange to me how many shares are being offered at such a discount so close to the scheme meeting. GLTAH
