Technicality? I don't remember the company saying that. I'm cautious here.
If it was such a trivial issue, why didn't they get it right the first time? And if it was just an oversight, why were there two oversights and not one? One could be a mistake, two seems careless.
It will be interesting to see how forthcoming they are tomorrow. As of now, no hint of an apology or regret for not managing it better. I sold out at a significant loss due to this issue, and won't be looking to reenter unless they clear up all the confusion, provide some confidence around eventual approval, and only if the price is right, which is unlikely.
Either way, good chance the share price just goes sideways until September now.
