Not sure what is this cry about sudden collapse in the share price here, but even without this news smart money that has entered the game sometime in March would have exited around this time of the year as who will give you 20% return on your investment for 80days which equivalent to 90% (roughly) per annum?
if you even look further down the history the chart look like how this share price performed in past! HLI gave multiple opportunity in last 2 years to have multiple 20% to 35% pump every now and then ! so smart one would have entered and exited and made lot of money on this stock for sure !
There is real risk people see here and there isn't anything wrong to take profit, because ultimately you are not investing in CBA but you are investing on something that depend upon CBA ! so any news on CBA contract will make price fluctuates.
