When the writing is on the wall you can't ignore it. More blissful ignorance...

My guess is that instos weren't game to get in at such a lofty valuation, even if they were enticed with a 10-15% discount. And the company would be in an awkward position because they couldn't discount any large % (lets say, $1.5o) that could bring in instos but also tarnish their own valuation/reputation.

You can do nothing and wait if you want. Holders should take this time and re-evaluate their position. You obviously can't do anything at this stage but start thinking if this is something you want to own if the insto demand isn't even there.

Here comes all the attack and abuse...
