    You are spot on. Also you need to consider the practicality of raising 75m at $1.3 in terms of dilution. It is a self fulfilling downward spiral. As I have said previously it has been pumped on cfda but this has not eventuates. No professional investor will touch this deal and today’s announcement confirms this. No ofda no cfda and irreparable damage to management credibility imho..it goes back to 50c for mine as all blue sky no gone. Just my thoughts
