I’m stunned they lack the confidence in the value the business to not reject these offers outright. The only significant upside is the offer to view data being non exclusive opening up the chance of a bidding war. Here’s hoping. I was quite happy to see where this team could get to over the next 5 years given a lot of the heavy lifting has already been done AIMHO DYOR
