Valid points 13th, I did tweet that MH should JV with LPI on these assets when he resigned. An outright sale would be unacceptable. Separate listing is fine, however, existing shareholders should be allowed to underwrite the vast majority of the initial capital raise unless LPI gives the entity $3-4m to start drilling. Personally I’m disappointed they never advanced the projects previously. Hard rock to hydroxide is the new flavor and we could be a lot closer to production.

Let’s find out where we are at. If they try and undervalue the assets there will be pushback. IMO returns on $ spent drilling is 5x + and so far we seem to be at $0.
