Agree mick... time is key for us being a start-up player we need quick runs on the board but big n' mighty codelco uses time as a weapon against smaller players that's why govt needs to play a very important, decisive and supportive role for private enterprise... and as some one pointed out that's where Mr borda comes in lets hope he has the connections, foresight and ability to swing it in LPIs favour very soon!! Also, i think LPI shld delay appeals court decision for a bit longer...
A positive side note... if & when codelco agrees on an arrangement... sky is the limit for LPI... keep your fingers crossed!!
