$3 wouldn't be out of the question if they can prove the shiny new plant can produce the goods at a market pleasing rate & cost.

Also stagnant spot isn't helping staying put at $70 with no sign of budging.

My average is $3.90 I do own a decent sized chunk....I first dipped my toe in in Feb 2011 I thought these are doing alright then Fukushima hit LOL.

I also hold PDN & DYL... I just wish I picked Lithium instead of Uranium.
