I have 90% of my portfolio in PEN. 30k shares now. My average is 1.5$. There are no sure thing in universe, other than taxes. But I did research PEN and saw what market behave. As Rick Rule said: "I love hate".
You all should read about Rick and Paladin Energy, which made him rich, but fall 90% at one time.
