Yep, PEN will be producing uranium.. and is one of only 8-9 uranium producers in the whole world.
I hold also developers and explorers, but..
"Near term" developers are 3 - 4 years away and need hundreds of millions of dollars capex (dilution and CRs) to get to where PEN is today
Explorers are more like 10+ years away from mining uranium and need probably somewhere like $700M+ to get to where PEN is today (depending on project, eg non-ISR, and many other factors)
