Why do the most ignorant among us, utilise playground memes to convey a message? Do they think it strengthens their commentary? To me, it demonstrates a Sesame Street mentality and outlook. And that they find it funny enough to badge it with a smile emoji is quite embarrassing. Oh well, each to their own as @tutes says.
