• Peninsula has 6 existing offtake contracts covering
~40% of planned production over next 10 years
• Committed to deliver 6.0 Mlbs from 2025 - 2033
• 2025 contracted sales at 467 klbs
• Offtake pricing mechanisms include a mix of:
‐ fixed base price with escalation; and
‐ market linked pricing formulas
• Market linked offtakes provide floor price
protection, above AISC
• Peninsula retains full flexibility to maximise value
from the sale of any future production from Barber
and Dagger
