Market cap = shares outstanding * share price so if the market cap is 159.64 mil then: 159.64mil shares * $1 share price = $159.64 mil market cap The share price will always be $1 for a $159.64 mil market cap unless the amount of shares change. If the share price went to 5 cents as you are suggesting, then the market cap would no longer be 159.64 mil. $0.05 share price* 159.64mil shares = $7.982mil market cap. so clearly you logic and this ‘share price prediction accuracy’ is inherently flawed I really hope you can comprehend this incredibly basic explanation but something is telling me you won’t be able to.

Not after capital raisings. It just ends up like it was before except everyone who holds LT loses. Hence why consolidation is bad for shareholders.
