Not sure why, but some have been blaming on uranium market or chanting on imminent recovery from bullish uranium thesis. Maybe many don't read/follow the Company's progress/announcement, just knowing uranium = BBBUUU!!!. This is down and getting smack more than others for a reason.
Commissioning was originally touted to be Mar.25 with guidance of 900k - 700k lbs production for the year 2025 and Company was "fully funded till Sep.25 with cashflow expected enough to cover from there-on with the $$$ from production/delivery". Company also has commitment to deliver the contracted 200k lbs this year 2025 and another 700k lbs next year 2026, another 900k lbs after that.
So far there was delay in pre-conditioning that led to guidance for 2025 production revised down to 600k lbs. Then came "challenging weather conditions & supply chain issues" that pushed back commissioning to June.25 and scrapped the guidance on 600k lbs production whilst "negotiating with customer on reschedule contract delivery".
Better hope no further delays or they'll have to buy on market to fulfill their contracts commitment on delivery and any cost blowouts from those delays or further issues will require additional funding again to negate liquidity risk if cash balance falls to a level before printing cash from hitting nameplate production delivery.
