No it's a tiny amount. 'What's more it's not in the can it's on the resin and needs to be stripped, precipitated and dried. The 1000Lb is nominal. They will have several times that on the resin I would imagine in fact enough to move from loading the smaller column to the bigger larger one. If they had said they had started that it would be a clue.
