if this is the last of the delays then could be oversold but sentiment is quite shot, hard to trust what they are doing. Still need to sort out more financing and further delays could impact offtake commitments which means using cash to buy in the spot market. And if they take on debt need to pay it back and if spot goes back to below $50 and production is not sorted they may actually lose money and what if they cant hit their multi-year targets. Risky stuff. Hope they get it all sorted
