Grant's absolutely positive decision and Paul's early appointment as CEO also fit into the picture and could be seen as further evidence that an investor must/wants already have an additional stabilizer on site, with all the qualities and experience that Grant has and will need in the future.
The possible investor could also have (significantly???) influenced Grant's decision to stay in Malawi.
In any case, this development also shows me that a lot of things could be more concrete and/or will soon be.
