What is better, to cash in PWM ? or to keep it.
I kind of like the idea of keeping it, as their low capex, early start up could be a source of cash flow for us.
But you also have to meter that cash flow forward, against getting a big hit of money up front if we sold it. And avoiding any discount CR. Thats a big point to consider.
More strategically, we hold a blocking stake for PWM is they became a takeover target by predator, who would also have to take out our stake. Or take us over as well to get the off take rights. Otherwise buy those off take rights from us.
