So, I asked again that Hi Chris Thanks for the email. That means winsome misunderstood the due date for the warrants.In result, winsome didnt exercise the warrants due to missing due date, am I right?? And do you intend to claim any complain or official expression in regards to misleading information from PWM? I guess, in scheduled statement from PWM, they already made mistake once they issue on documentation. I will send to PWM email as well.
and he reply again quite quick which is Hello, The Warrants were not in the money in January so the expiry date held little importance at that point.
