While I certainly agree with your overall concerns, its also worth noting that the PWM share price was only around 0.72 CAD at the time at the trading halt for the raise, and may have been even lower when it was actually first discussed by the company.
Not happy at all with the way this is being brushed off by the company though by just saying "they werent in the money at the time of execution", as though that's the only issue at play here.
