if they are talking to us, they already want security.
If they are talking to some risky in africa or brazil, .they want cheap.

Sure, there are many horses. Its the horses that come to sniff the water in our trough, not the trough with cheaper water in it, with a few dead rats next to it.

Not all horses will just choose the cheap trough with the dead rat.
Some will want to know that the water they drink, will keep them well for many years to come.

If you walk into David Jones to buy a suit, you have already qualified yourself as prepared to pay a premium for quality over walking into a thrift outlet.

Not every strategic on the planet will be looking for thrift. Because some will know that thrift, without longevity guaranteed is too risky for long term supply.

If we are talking about a strategic, who is prepared to JV on capex, then they take on their books capex of asset in country. You think they would all just run to the DRC eg. if it was pennies ? Or is there some hesitation ? Rather then, in owning assets that actually can be sustainably owned and operated without nightmares.

I speculate that there are strategics who will not want to not gamble with jurisdictional uncertainty.
And we only need to be talking to those horses, who qualify.
That is my bet. That the company has qualified those horses who will want to drink from our trough, and indeed want to own equity in it.
