It's not about them exercising the warrants at the time of expiry... the issue is Chris's decisions and operations to date have been under the assumption that $(x) millions would be coming into the war chest.
This recent raise for a pittance would likely have been for much more, had they'd known that they don't have millions sitting there to access via the warrants.
So it's fair to assume now that there could be another cap raise coming, at even lower prices.
I'm pretty amazed that people don't understand that this is the real issue with the whole warrants debacle.
