The past is the past and the focus needs to be on getting Renard across the line, building a new plant for any miner is fraught with many very expensive hurdles that any possible partner will understand. Even just getting to the stage of laying a slab of concrete down is no easy task with many environmental concerns and cost overruns. Building new plants are very complex and the world these days is complex with computers PLC controlled equipment, often not fully tested until it hits the floor. Untrained staff and often the people installing the gear have limited knowledge on how to run the gear in my experience. This training is often done later and as time progresses because engineers and electrical engineers need to be focused on installation not running the gear. Good operators don't grow on trees and are a valuable resource when plant commissioning begins and can advise the installation crews where changes need to be made, in the event it's not performing up to the mark it's the operators who usually identify the problems first then the men with the tools step in to resolve the problems.
