Remember Renard isnt required to be paid in full upfront. It can also be in shares but that is not a good option unless our sp and mcap is back to respectable levels. It will only cost us 1 mil to close this year then another 10mil next year and associated c&m costs. Chris said cold c&m is around 2 mil per year.
