While we are all unhappy with the management at present it may be a blessing in the end, CE will be more focused on the job at hand and not be torn between two boards and distracted, and it's wake up call to be a bit more accurate and re check the details in future. Mistakes can have a way of bringing people down to earth and a reality wake up call, this is not CE's first rodeo and may have become complacent.
