I was disappointed when we shelved exploration drilling because at the time it seemed that a little more effort would put us clearly into the 100+ MT resource category which seems to be regarded as a world class resource, but I understood the rationale of conserving cash.
We were told at the time that Renard was a “no brainer”, essentially a done deal, when in fact it has turned out to be wholly dependent on finding a strategic partner. In which case, why TF have we wasted time and money working on a carbon sequestration scheme at a time when cash is so tight ? I’m afraid I have lost confidence in CE’s ability to prioritise what is important.
