I'm also suspicious of his resignation from the PWM board. It seems a little too coincidental that the timing of his resignation aligns with this spectacular f*ck up. Maybe he's realised we're about to be strained for cash, so he's vacating his board seat so WR1 can start selling down the PWM holding to make up for the foregone profit from the warrants?
Does anyone know if there was anything restricting WR1 from selling PWM shares while CE was on the board?
