There has been plenty of cross promotions over various media even the Rock stock channel interviews where WR1 PWM equity was stated as if a given of equity. Not a pending of equity.
Not sure, how again, the fine print was not illuminated earlier. Perhaps to what degree trivial. I cant say. Were they not previously aware that it had to go over the scales of TSX-V ? For both companies to present, as if it a given, and mindset to the point of updating their websites of active projects. etc. Were they blind sided by this requirement ?
