Doesn't mean they're not above criticism. If they don't have the resources to pick something like this up, then maybe Chris needs to take a paycut and hire some people who can. From Winsome's own market releases/presentations, investors have been operating under the assumption for the last few weeks that this company had a lever to pull to bring in >10% of the companies current market cap in cash. Turns out that wasn't true. Its a big deal, no matter how much people want to sweep it under the table.
