There is clearly corporate Governance and good corporate practice issues at play here.
CE is giving the impression he does not know his arse from his elbow to the market and any potential strategic.
Clearly the date mix up is price sensitive information.
When was this known? After close on friday? If not then their is the potential the market has been trading un-informed, while others knew this information. ???
CE seems way out of his depth here and the SP ain’t going to get any better while he is still at the helm if this is how things are going to carry on. IMO
