Fraud or not even if they listed the true date Chris probably would not have excercised the options due to our cash position and PWM sp being only just above 40c. Whether he should have cashed in the few cents difference is another matter.
The thing that gets me is Chris definitely should not have advertised us as owning 20% of PWM when shares have not been approved yet. He has no excuse as he sits on the board of both companies and should have visibility over the matter. Why did it take 1.5 years to submit an approval? Was it an oversight and they forgot to request for approval? Who was responsible for sending thru the approval?
We need a “please explain” from the ASX to force an answer from Chris if he doesnt front up on what really happened. Shareholders deserve to know.
