If i'm reading this correctly, it looks like the options expired 3 years after the closing date of the Sinomine equity financing - not 3 years after the offtake finalising. It seems both Power Metals and Winsome reported the wrong expiry date immediately after this transaction took place, as both of their announcements regarding Winsome taking over Sinomine's stake seem to have the March 17th date instead.
If i'm reading this correctly, it looks like the options expired...
