There were
TWO 7.5mil warrant on Aug 2022 statement by PWM, which is before winsome-PWM deal has made.
and according to
Nov.22 statement by PWM, there is
new warrant 7.5mil which is expired 16.Mar.2025.
16 Mar looks like warrant for winsome deal.
However, why CE mentioned winsome share purchase warrants expiry date is on 20 Jan 2025??? 20 Jan due date warrant had made before winsome make a deal with PWM.
It makes me totally complicated. Which warrant is issued for winsome? Why there is 2 warrant on the same date same amount and one has adjusted date to 16. Mar on next qtr statement??
