So Power Metals reported the incorrect expiry date to the market before Winsome came on board and took Sinomine's stake then. Reading the original equity financing annoucment, both sets of 7.5 million options should expire on the same date (jan 20th). Seems like an internal PWM screw up imo.
In saying that, how on earth has nobody from either company picked this up in 3 years considering how easy this was to find?
