I suspect this latest news that BRL are being taken for an additional $40m USD and will take sometime to work threw supports my thoughts that L & M do not want BRL in a position to pay off the first court loss and are rather after a forced liquidation for bargain assets.
Somewhat harder for BRL to raise funds from anywhere to pay the first court loss if they have another court case for a crippling amount pending.
L & M tightening the vice on BRL's balls.
All over rover unless they can win the supreme court case.
