Settlement completed means both parties agreed and completed an agreement. Items listed on the agreement requires more time like thai IPO (we aren’t ready yet) and we need confirmation from arbitration panel so that they can paused the decision and in case of any breach from thai kcn can inform them and they will hand over the decision to us and both parties can terminate their lawyers to save costs.

Also RSK hasn’t extended the award yet which means pressure on and he will only after the signed agreement completed.

we should be happy as our mine is getting back online this month and we will see the recruitment start this week.

I do expect more Ann coming this month like finance…
