It seems a little confusing to me; the Kaolin/manganese deposits seem secondary now.
The recent Chemex Pro@ctive Invest@rs interview states that they tried to make HPA out of Kaolin for about 4 years and couldn't.So they have come up with a secondary process that doesn't involve Kaolin, and the funds from the IPO will be used to build a pilot plant.
There does seem to be a fair bit of Kaolin/Hallyosite around. Did they take on the deposits initially from Archer because they thought they would be able to produce HPA? It does seem the focus.
There are also plenty of HPA's wannabes around.
It's a punt - same as iTech.
