X64 is not a tax payer, PHILSAGA MINING CORPORATION is, and X64 nominated has been removed from PHILSAGA.
the issue is who owns what % of PHILSAGA and how to prove it in court.
Philsaga’s president has been given six months notice, long before that there are court proceedings against him by former executives of MML and now president is coming back to take away the only asset X64 owns.
Eventually X64 might get what is theirs, but at what cost and can you operate without local support ?
