You have to think how a company that was 100 % owned by MML and then X64 went to be 40% owned in the space of 10-15 years they have been operating the mine.
Was there a financial information that was not disclosed ? Was there any debts that were taken on that are not disclosed ? how can anyone claim 60% ownership in public with so much confidence and who owns 60% if X64 only owns 40% ?
