Keep asking questions, great questions! This is how all shareholders should make the Board accountable. Everytime a poster steers everyone away from the main issues, & saying everything is ok or there's cash, or no debt, or they're happy with management, or whatever, red flag! Everything is not ok, it's why there is a vol. suspension in play with an extension. From what i can tell there is yet to be an approval for the extension by the ASX, if there was there would be a supporting ASX seal as receipt to support the extension period as was attached to the first vol. susp. I suspect, and this is only my opinion, the way these things work is this maybe with ASX legal to determine if the extension can/should be approved, I am not say it is, just a maybe due to the gravity of the situation. The ASX has there own legals, and because this is not a usual situation, co.s don't suspend themselves unless something major is going on, good, bad or indifferent.
