Hysteria aside this looks to me like forced correction of operations at Co-O and internally after extensive time of mismanagement. Lets not forget a life was lost at our mine only recently.
We are bringing in a new highly qualified secretary (With the current remaining as a consultant). Bringing in fresh blood to clean up our mining operations and relations with local landholders/government after what looks like a downgrade in production. Short term pain long term gain.
