Yep. If the company is to be believed, we are working at fixing some issues that have been holding us back for a while now. It is possible that that is leaving us with a disgruntled employee in high places that is making things very difficult over there.
But... those newspaper reports are a concern. How do we have 100% legal control over a company we are only allowed 40% ownership of and that we have just lost all board representation for? It's murky AF
Deep value investing like what I'm trying to do with X64 requires a lot of patience. I'm generally ok with my patience, but this situation is and will continue to test it.
