Good find @Sellier.
Oh dear, there is a war going on that is now being conducted through the courts and nothing that the DYOR poster says with any intelligence can deny that.
TRO is a temporary restraining order that appears to prevent Villaneuva from acting as President of Philsaga Mining Company (PMC), which is owned 40% by X64. Since PMC owns the mine, that should be a material matter to X64.
The whole structure of ownership around the CO mine and processing plant is so convoluted that I now wish that I had never bought in. No wonder AUS institutions have avoided it for many years. I admit not to researching this ownership structure even though I have done so in the past for financial organisations.
Even more so, a pox on X64 managers with their avoidance of disclosure over events this year. Surely, these various matters meet the material disclosure requirements for ASX listed companies.
