Doesn't sound right. Wintercrest is/was a subsidiary of Platinum and LLC indicates a US company.

The 2017 annual report states DM was sub-holder for 37,120,001 shares. This amount has remained unchanged for over 5 years since the 3Y dated 13/4/2012 which shows DM held shares via entities Domenal Enterprises Pty Ltd (32,050,001) , Fanucci Pty Ltd (5,000,000) and Impact Nominees Pty Ltd (70,000). None of these entities appear on the T20 in the subsequent 2012 annual report or since. I have not been able to establish whether these holdings were transferred to a custodial account.
