There commissioning process seems first class as they will not except anything less then the agreed upon performance. I have seen lots of incidents where the commissioning process is of a lesser standard and the company ends up having to fix problems that should have been sorted upon commissioning. Great Management...
The contractors refusal to allow the plant to run while this dispute played out is the most annoying part for me. The decision to get an independant view by the company ticks all the right boxs for me and not just taking the word of the supplier. When this gets handed over to the production team it must be right and ready to go first time. This is why we commission, i am happy with the announcement as it shows that management is right on their game. Good luck all!!!!!
