    re: Ann: Update on company acquisition and It... Just back on the UK purchase, going on the original announcement this acquisition is due to be finalised by 10/8/09. KEY are still to announce progress on governmental approval of the purchase and we are still waiting on the completion of due dilligence. Will we get an announcement tomorrow or Monday?
